Is file upload included on all plans?
Yes. Every plan supports file upload (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, TXT). Free plan includes 10 files, Starter includes 100, and Pro/Enterprise get unlimited uploads.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
Your chatbot will show a friendly message letting visitors know the monthly limit has been reached. On Starter and Pro plans, you can purchase message top-up packs to add more messages instantly. You can also upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
